They had two crews, one for the attic and one for the crawlspace, working for many hours to complete the job. A vapor barrier was also installed in the crawlspace. We paid a very reasonable price after the large PSE Rebate was applied."

"We had rat damage to our insulation and ducts in our crawl space. In addition the vapor barrier needed to be dealt with. He did a great job as this was a tough area to work in. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."

"I had issues with old siding, golden quality builds came out and gave me an estimate that was in my budget. They were fantastic and the quality of the work of amazing. My house looks 100x better with the new siding. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for someone to replace their siding. "Job did not go well. The two guys were very courteous, but not experience with house siding. The chimney was clad in same siding as house horizontal 6 inch cedar. They didnt put the new siding on level or even uniform spacing. Left gaps in the structure that would have caused water damage. The owner refunded part of our money.

They came in with the lowest bid which was for a cheaper metal roof that used exposed fasteners and upgraded me to a better roof without exposed fasteners. The crew worked through rainy conditions on a slick 12/12 cedar shake roof doing the tear off with speed and professionalism. They also were very thorough installing the new roof with an eye for detail and a pride of workmanship. They were all very friendly and took the time to address my questions and concerns.
