"We found Ashler on Angie's List, and also obtained two other estimates. Our first impression of Mike Fletcher sold us -- he told us he does not do inspections because he considers it a conflict of interest since his company does the repairs. So he referred us to Certified Chimney Inspectors (Shane Imburgia) who did the most thorough inspection of the 3 estimates we obtained. He sent the report and video and Mike provided an estimate. The team that came was incredibly thorough with everything they did - especially the protection of our home. Everything was covered in plastic and the living room was sealed off so no fine dust would get on anything or out of that room. They spent two days doing significant work to make our fireplace safe and like new for decades to come (with regular cleaning, of course). And they painted everything in the fireplace black with a special paint. It looked so beautiful we asked them to paint our outdoor fireplace too. The flames are magnificent against it! They did an immaculate clean-up and provided us with a temporary chimney cap until the new one arrived. I can't recommend them highly enough and would use them again for any masonry work."

"Jeff Arellano responded in short time to initial request for evaluation and quote. The very polite crew showed up early and completed the job in the time expected. From the beginning of the process the steps to be taken to complete the job were clearly explained and the end result was perfect. The chimney that had brick and mortar cracks now looks perfect, a work of art by artist Jeff Arellano. All debris was cleaned up and the area swept left cleaner than before the job. A very positive experience.

"I called a couple companies about my Dyna Flame 3000G fireplace that was not working. After talking with one company that told me Dyna Flame was out of business, and replacement parts could not be found, I was discouraged. I decided to call around some more for other opinions. One other company did not get back to me. Gary called me back, and we scheduled an appointment. He came out, checked a number of things, and finally zeroed in on the high temperature device. He was able to find a replacement in his truck, and now I have a working fireplace.
Given the estimate of $3000-$6000 dollars to replace my fireplace from the other company, I was quite happy to pay Gary the $200 for the service call and part. Thanks Gary!

We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress. The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplace. This remodeling project allow us to develop a trust relationship with Zohar and his team. "I booked the appointment two weeks out, and without having to confirm the appointment, Rich showed up early, was very friendly, and got right to work.  He installed the gas log set in our fireplace very quickly, and even painted some of the exposed brass fittings black so they wouldn't stand out or distract from the logs.  He was very helpful with questions we had, and offered some free solutions to update the look of our fireplace doors (why the builder chose to install fireplace doors with tacky gold trim I will never know).  He told us to have the lines inspected every 5 years or so, just to make sure there were no leaks.
 He is now my go-to guy for all things chimney-related.

"Paver Pro's did a great job! Our backyard was a torn up mess of dead grass. Not to mention a water drainage issue that has plagued this yard for many, many years. Daniel Gradin was amazing to help us figure out what we needed with design and pricing. What a relief to know a new drainage system could be installed connecting our downspouts to the new piping being installed under the new Artificial Turf. Daniel Prado was our excellent project Manager. His crew was always early to the job site and started working right on time. The workers did great work on the new drainage system and worked extra hard to have it completed before the next rainstorm. The new Artificial Turf was installed in one day and looks great! In addition Daniel went out of his way to fix a Firepit gas piping issue that was caused by incorrect installation by a previous company I no longer use. I do recommend Paver Pro's as they were professional, easy to work with and much cheaper and reasonably priced than other companies I have used the past."

They wanted to do a good job is what stood out about this provider as they were doing the work for me. I definitely feel like they tried to be customer service friendly but not all of their staff members understood everything about the fireplaces but at the end of the day their ultimate goal was to make you happy."
