"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). I am very pleased with this company's professionalism from start to finish. I will be keeping them on file should another issue arise. Thank you Chimney Experts for your assistance!!"

"I had to have my chimney repaired. I had to have some brick work done on the chimney and I needed a cap. I called North American Chimney because I had them out to clean my chimney before and they did a nice job. I called and made an appt. The technicians came out to take a look and gave me a price for a cap and brickwork. I was pleased with the price and I told them to do the job. They did the work that day and I was so happy. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

Cutting stone makes this a messy job due to the dust created.  However, Larry & Jason did everything possible to keep the dust down and the final product was beautiful and more than we could have hoped for!  We are extremely happy and satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the work.

"Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."
