"The basement remodel exceeded all expectations. What was once a dingy, unused space is now a vibrant and functional area that adds significant value to our home. The addition of a bathroom was a game-changer, making the space even more versatile and convenient."

Roofing & Gutters
"Stellar service! Ivan with new elite contacted me within minutes of my inquiry to replace a rain cap that blew off of my furnace chimney. All the other roofers blew me off saying the job was too small. Ivan came out within the hour and recommended a rain cap that would stay put, went out to get the part, and installed it within a few hours of my inquiry - even when it was late and a storm was approaching! When others won t help, they will. Quality work, totally fair prices - I will be using them again and recommending them to anyone in need of a roofer."

"I am a landlord, and own a house in Richardson TX. The previous tenant had been there 6 years and there was a significant amount of repairs to be done before placing the house back on the market. Carlos and his team repaired damage to the walls and ceiling and did an excellent job of re-painting the whole interior of the house, as well as remove and replace large tiled areas. I will definitely hire him again."

Fencing Repair, Fencing Install
"Was thinking of replacing my fence. After getting the bids I decided to postpone the replacement. Texas Fence was willing to only repair a gate. I know that was a very small project but I appreciate their flexibility and they did an excellent job."

"The renovation process was explained very thoroughly and all my questions answered which put my mind at ease. The workers themselves were professional, on time and stayed late. They cleaned everything up every day. I was very pleased with my bathroom as it looks totally new. I would highly recommend this company!"

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
