"It was very reasonable and I looked around for other prices. They were very prompt and came home after working overnight shifts in the winter when my furnace wasn’t working. They helped me and replaced it within a couple of hours. I had no complains at all."

"I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.

Price was 1000 less than our other estimate. His team was here promptly on time two weeks later for install. Cleaned up afterward. Didn't get a bill until the next week. Two weeks after work was completed received the electric rebate docs in the mail from Jim to submit. And one month later I'm pleased with no issues whatsoever."
