Waited longer for appointment than initially indicated. Then was told they would have to bring in a lift because of difficult chimney position. That increased cost a lot. As Winter was approaching we gave the go ahead. Jim the owner came with a helper. Jim never got up on the roof. The leak persists and Jim is not calling back"

"I had my AC serviced in the fall and did not use it until spring, when I went to run it in the spring it did not work, they came out and told me it was a couple of hundred dollars for a recharge, since it worked before they serviced it I was concerned that I should not use them, they charged 150.00 for 5 min to come out and tell me it needed a charge when it worked when they serviced it, I paid them but should not have, I would strongly suggest you do not use them for any AC work, there general plumbing work was OK I guess."
