"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). "I had to have my chimney repaired. I had to have some brick work done on the chimney and I needed a cap. I called North American Chimney because I had them out to clean my chimney before and they did a nice job. I called and made an appt. The technicians came out to take a look and gave me a price for a cap and brickwork. I was pleased with the price and I told them to do the job. They did the work that day and I was so happy. "Brad and Steve came to my house promptly for the appointment.  They started work by removing the ceramic tiles and replacing it with the stainless steel liner in the oil flue.  They tried to fix the crack at the top of the chimney and they put on the new stainless steel cap.  Brad and Steve were both very polite and professional.  I would highly recommend this team to anyone, they were wonderful people and did a very nice job for me.  They took the time to explain to me what they had done and answered any questions that I might have had.  Just taking the time to listen means a lot to me. They were not able to fix the crack in my chimney, so they put adhesive on the piece that was moving around....they did not charge me for this because they did not put the new mortar like the quote had stated.  So, at the end of the job the payment for completion was lower than what the quote had stated....this was a nice surprise."

Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"We bought our house in 2014 and brought in the Chimney Chap to do a routine cleaning in 2015, having never used our fireplace before. We knew that it was questionable and wanted to have it looked at before using it. As it turned out, the previous owners had painted the chimney to hide loose bricks and it was definitely not safe for use. Within a couple of days, we had a full estimate of the work that would need to be done - demolishing the chimney to the roof line and rebuilding. The earliest they could fit us in was the spring since we had our chimney cleaned in the late fall. We scheduled them for three days in June.
