He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! "We’ve used BBC several years now and we’re very satisfied with the work. Highly recommended, not the cheapest however I would say the value is worth the price. Two years ago they installed a chimney liner which solved smoke in the basement issue (double flue chimney). We still had issues with fireplace draw depending on weather conditions. Matt the owner came out and recommended we add a 2’ extension to the flue as he was highly confident that would solve issue. Two months an numerous fires later the draw is MUCH better. Thanks BBC!"

In our basement he patched and repointed the brick, even out the floor slab, and installed three lally columns with footings. He came to see the place on a Monday and the next week he did all of the work with a partner in three days. His price was half of what others were asking for."
