"Our chimney is about 60 years old and was in need of significant repair. Bridgetown gave us a very clear estimate of what needed to be done, with a couple options. We ended up having the upper portion of the chimney taken down and rebuilt, plus some maintenance on the lower portion of the chimney. The crew arrived on time and did the work in a very timely and professional manner. We were especially impressed with how all members of the crew seemed to genuinely want to do a good job and ensure that we were happy with the work. They made sure we knew what was going on and that all our questions were answered. They did a few extra things along the way without any extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Showed up at 9:40 for 9:40 appointment. Job took 30 min. 2 workers. Nathan answered all my questions about the job and related fireplace issues. Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. "Sunset granite created a countertop from prefabricated granite for my laundry room.   I installed it and it fit perfectly.   For not much more than the cost of formica or other countertops we got a blue pearl granite countertop.   They're not a "professional" as some of the big shops, but I'd say they are much more down to earth and know their stuff.  At the end of the day it came out perfect and I saved many hundreds of dollars

"We first spoke with Vancouver Chimney & Masonry at a local Home & Garden Show, and signed up for their $125 chimney cleaning special offer.  We were contacted shortly thereafter, as promised, and scheduled a time for them to perform services.
Greg, the owner, and his assistant arrived on time and began work immediately.  Following the inspection of two chimneys, Greg determined that only the chimney used for our wood stove needed cleaning, which they did in a timely manner.  The other chimney isn't used much and didn't need cleaning.  Greg took time to explain a few things about the chimney and we felt like his services were a good value.
Our house was purchased with no chimney cap, so Greg measured for a new chimney cap, showed us an example of the cap we would would get, and quoted us a fair price.  This is a very well made, stainless steel chimney cap that will probably outlast the house itself.  He also suggested an improved way to do the exhaust pipe from our wood stove.  Because the chimney cap had to be ordered, Greg scheduled a follow-up visit.
In the follow-up visit, Greg reworked our wood stove exhaust pipe while his assistant installed the chimney cap, which looks outstanding.  All work completed as promised and at a fair price.  We enjoyed working with Greg and his crew, and will use them for annual maintenance on our chimneys."

"From the beginning, starting with our project consultation, Sta-Built was fantastic. They explained the project to us down to the finest detail so that we were comfortable with what was going to be done and the length of time our project would take. The crew showed up timely everyday, were courteous and respectful to us and our neighbors. If we had any questions or concerns the foreman would get back to us very quickly.
