"Modern A/C can use existing forced air heat setup. We did not need downstairs AND upstairs A/Cs (2 zones). 2nd floor of McNeil colonial is really cool. Keeping it at 70 might be a tad chilly for some. Whole process, from initial sales call to setting date for install to install and followup went very smoothly. Solid, knowledgeable electrician, two very good, polite installers and Nat the salesmen were all great. Price was very decent.
