Egress Window Installers in Addison, IL

"It was a pleasure to work with this company. From the initial appointment to the project end. They were professional and friendly. They explained every detail of the job. They were fair in pricing and prompt with delivery of the materials on the installation date. William was extremely professional and knowledgeable of his job. I appreciate his honestly about the the work. The crew, Luke and workers were diligent and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and William, project coordinator, rechecked and assisted in finalizing everything."

"Showed up earlier than scheduled to measure the door and to install replacement hardware. Installers used time well, protected the floors, and cleaned the job site. Very professional tradespeople."

"They were prompt, efficient and went above and beyond just installing top quality custom fit window wells during weather I wouldn't go out in."

"Hired to replace 2 window screens on the second story of our home. Val found another one that needed replacing, and he did that one too, for no additional charge. He also fixed our kitchen light so that it stopped blinking when we first turned it on. Friendly, courteous, punctual and professional. Will be hiring again."

"Ivan was able to come and completed the project."

"I was completely satisfied with Chicago Window Guys products and installation services. Unlike other local installers, they make their own beautiful vinyl windows called Climate Solutions. The pricing was very competitive. The installers were very courteous and professional; they worked very efficiently (11 windows finished in one day!). Their office staff were super responsive, being it work days or weekends, on the phone or through texts. My windows were installed just before summer was here, and I could tell how much my lovely new windows help on my electricity bill. I'm glad I went with these folks!"

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"Outstanding job . Couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend."

"We needed a roof replacement and were looking for a company we could trust. Berg Roofing did a great job on our roof from start to finish They delivered exactly what was promised at the price quoted, with no high-pressure sales tactics. We also appreciated that they provided a list of local homes with the shingle colors we were considering, which made the decision much easier. Working with Nick made the process simple and stress-free. He was responsive, kept us informed about scheduling, and clearly explained our options and pricing. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless when they were done. Their workmanship was impressive. We?re extremely happy with the results and would confidently recommend Berg Roofing to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality service."
