"Having my exterior walls insulated with NW Insulation really could have not gone better. First, I had the estimator come out just a couple days after I called, he spent an hour or so going over my house & checking the insulation and then figured out the estimate. I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding"

Gio is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, patient and detailed, and he gave us enough time to make our decision, unlike other companies who were not on time, gave us a "hard sell" with requirements for an immediate decision, or would not talk to us without both of us being present. The project was completed in two days and nearly two months early; Gio contacted me when they had an opening in their schedule. The crew worked hard, worked fast, and did a great job cleaning up. Gio also contacted me at the end of their second day - they were having trouble with their truck and needed to leave some materials in our driveway to be picked up the next day. "Job did not go well. The two guys were very courteous, but not experience with house siding. The chimney was clad in same siding as house horizontal 6 inch cedar. They didnt put the new siding on level or even uniform spacing. Left gaps in the structure that would have caused water damage. The owner refunded part of our money.
