Addition Contractors in Cragin, IL

"I have been in and out of a lot of new construction in Lake County, and the work stands out. The finishes are a real step above what you usually see, and the trim, cabinetry and tile were all clean and well executed. What impressed me most is that the house was fully custom, so nothing was pulled off a standard plan. Every detail had to be decided and built from scratch, and it still came out cohesive and thought through. The team was easy to deal with, responsive when questions came up, and they kept the job moving. If your are thinking about building custom in this area, It is highly suggested you to reach out to Icon Building Group."

"We hired Chi Renovation to update our hallway bathroom and had a very positive experience. They completely removed the old bathroom, took out the tub, and installed a new walk-in shower. Julie made the design process easy, Ron was responsive and helpful throughout the project, and Peter did great work on the installation. The new bathroom looks fantastic and we’re very pleased with the quality of the work."

"We had an excellent experience working with Robert Anthony from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout our kitchen remodel. His team completed our renovation on time, kept the workspace clean, and communicated with us every step of the way. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations, and you can truly tell they take pride in their work. They transformed our kitcjen beautifully and made the entire process smooth and stress-free for my family. We are beyond happy with our kitchen and we couldn’t recommended him more."

"unfortunately, I drove through my garage. don't ask, an embarrassing accident. I thought the garage would be a teardown, but they were able to put it back together ,and get my car out for me. All the repairs were done quickly and expertly. I was very thankful that I found them. They have a Better Business rating of A+ and I would certainly use them again for any remodeling or projects for my home."

"I hired Majestic Construction to install all the drywall and kitchen cabinets in our basement after a recent flood. Ricardo came out and gave an estimate and was able to start work immediately. They completed the project in less than a week and they even worked with me when I added to the scope of work. Ricardo is very professional and knowledgable, I would definitely hire Majestic Construction again."

"Joe and his crew did a great job relocating our laundry room from the basement to the main level. Joe walked us through the project along the way. The work was completed neatly and professionally. We recommend his services and look forward to working with Joe on other projects in the future."

"Hasn’t started yet. But did hire"

"We are moving and placing our house on the market. We have a full finished basement that was completed 30 years ago and felt that the ceiling need some attention and upgrade to be more current standars. We met with Angelo of AP Builder & General Contractor about our desire to replace the acoustic ceiling tiles. As we looked things over we discussed the lighting situation as well which was also 30 years old and decided that replacing the lighting with current LED lighting would show off the basement better to prospective buyers. We got a quote within a day and then they were patient to wait until we had some other decisions on the sale made before we officially contracted. Once we signed the contact they had the materials secured, team assigned and the project complete in a week which was sooner than originally estimated to complete the job. I highly recommend Angelo and his team at AP Building & General Contractor LLC"
