"We were thrilled.  The company certainly lives up to it's name.  I had another chimney company look at the same problem and told us we would have to completely tear out our brick chimney and install a new one.  Sleep Easy looked at the chimney and said the structure of the chimney was just fine. We just needed to put a sealant on the bricks to keep the water out.  Total cost, which included a gutter cleaning, was about $800.  This price also included a minor repair on the fire box in the house.  Their representative knew his business and spent a lot of time answering our questiosn and solving the issue.

We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional. They kept the interior of the house clean and even worked around our child's naptimes. We are VERY happy with our new windows.

"Wonderful! Due to scheduling Justin wouldn't be able to send out a tech for a couple of weeks so he thought he could troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Two phone calls lasting about 20 minutes total and he was able to figure out it was a bad switch. I was able to do the necessary repair myself. Can't say enough about a person willing to do this pro bono vs setting up a service call. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Wow. I guess this was his Christmas present to me. They will be the first business I call if I have any additional problems with my fireplace."

The only complaint was that I had to provide the materials, which was very confusing to me at the home improvement store, not knowing what half of the stuff was.
