"We had not used our fireplace since moving into the house a year ago. Archway's team arrived on time, set up and got right to work. They identified several issues with the fireplace itself and with the flashing around the chimney on the roof. They cleaned the chimney, did some temporary sealing of the flashing (will have to return when the weather is warmer for long-term repair work) and resurfaced the fireplace floor and back wall where there were some cracks. I thought they did a very nice job and will hire them again."

"This business was one of at least 6 that I requested an estimate from.  The salesperson was very thorough and explained everything well.  I was interested in several different brands and what I liked about this company was that it carried several brands I was interested in (Lennox, American Standard, & Bryant) and I was able to get a variety of quotes with one sales visit to compare to other quotes I had received.  I spent several weeks communicating with the salesperson via email, text, and phone with follow-up questions and to request changes in my quote.  He was always very prompt in providing information.  I eventually settled on a high-end Lennox system and an installation date was scheduled within a few weeks (I was in no hurry).   <br /> There were three individuals in the installation crew and the installation was completed by mid afternoon. The installation was performed well and required no callbacks to the company to fix anything.  I have used the heating and air conditioning for almost a year now and it is much more effective at heating and cooling my home, and is quieter as well.  I am very satisfied with my purchase. <br />  Another reason I went with this company rather than some others was the length of time they have been in business.  A coworker purchased an air conditioning system about 6 years ago with a 10 year extended warranty.  The company that installed the system is out of business and another company is supposed to honor the warranty, but the new company claims the original company didn't file the proper paperwork.  My coworker is now working through that hassle. <br /> After the sale the company promptly completed or provided me all the documentation I needed to receive rebates from the utility companies and sales rebates from Lennox.  This company provided good service before, during, and after the sale. <br /> <br />"

"J & J Masonry tuckpointed our whole 2-story home, and we would definitely hire them again. We got several bids before the project, and not only was J & J one of the lower bids, but they were easily among the more professional companies that we talked to. They provided a written bid/contract (a couple other companies just texted or told me a price), and they got back to me quickly any time I had questions. After they ground the mortar out, Jim texted me a few color choices set in our brick so we could choose exactly the color we wanted. Everyone on the crew was super friendly and knowledgeable, and we were very happy with the end result."

"It took several months for Tony to come out because I called late in the season and their time had been booked. He did come out two months later and inspected my two fireplaces and started listing issues that would have to be addressed. He certainly seemed knowledgeable which I appreciated. He said that he would work on a 3 part plan to take care of these issues and would get back to me in a few days. He charged me $95 and I felt pretty good that my issues would be addressed. I didn't hear from him in over a week so I emailed him to ask about the plan. A week later, December 21, he responded saying he was busy with end of year jobs and would get back to me soon. I have heard nothing from Tony or All Gas. I send another email in mid-March of 2019 asking if he and his company planned on helping. Again, I have heard nothing. From reading other reviews, he must make other people happy, but it has been nothing but frustrating for me and my family. I felt I had to write this so that people would know they might also go through this same frustration."

"I called Massey to get a price on fixing some cracks on our brick home due to some minor ground settling. The company was great to work with. Ryan was very straightforward and personable. He seemed more interested in making certain I was informed rather than just pushing to get the job. He laid out a few options, one of which was to simply not worry about it right now, as none of the issues are pressing nor impact the structural integrity of the home. We decided not to get the work done right now, but when we do, Massey will be the first to get a call."

"James and his crew did a fantastic job tuckpointing my 114 year old brick. We had some leaks in the walls and needed extensive tuckpointing. They also did a great job replacing one of the exterior window sills that had rotted and was causing water to seep in under the window. The crew came early each day and worked full days until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves so well you wouldn't have even known they were there. On top of all that they were very nice people and the price was really affordable. I highly recommend them."

"Nick and crew were on time (actually a bit early). Work completed in under 2 hrs. Mudjacked porch and filled in voids from sides as well. One mudjack hole concrete fill had settled after a day leaving a slight depression; called Nick and they returned to refill / level within a couple days."
