"In two days Sammy and his crew completed the work done in my basement. The basement floor was in such disarray with a crack that could develop into a sink hole. It also created cracks throughout the basement which was filled and repaired completely in a day in a half. The brand new stairs and outside door I am very pleased with. "Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

Cutting stone makes this a messy job due to the dust created.  However, Larry & Jason did everything possible to keep the dust down and the final product was beautiful and more than we could have hoped for!  We are extremely happy and satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the work.

"Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."

"I was pleased with the experience. The work looks good and they took pictures at my request to document it. They were prompt in responding to me, prompt in getting the work done, and communicative along the way. For whatever reason, I had trouble finding honest people to do my chimney work at a fair price but the experience with Shamrock was easy overall. They were also the cheapest quote for the work provided. I have a bit more work to do on my chimney (we have been getting smoke back into the living room from the fireplace) and I’ll hire Shamrock for that work as well. I recommend getting multiple quotes and multiple opinions since there is some subjectivity to chimney repair solutions in general."

"Brian and his team did a very thorough job replacing the roof. The team stripped off the old roof quickly and kept the surrounding area clean. Brian paid particular attention to getting the job done in a way that would prevent damage from ice dams. The lead flashing he did around the chimney looks like it was done by a real artisan. New gutters, downspouts, and leaf-guards were installed with high quality materials an attention to detail."

"When we called AM/PM for a bid, we were very impressed with the professionalism, down-to-earth attitude and willingness to listen to, and answer our questions.
The co-owner Paul, kept us informed at all times regarding timing of every aspect of the job. He let us know when supplies were ordered, when they arrived, when the dumpster would be delivered, and when his crew would arrive.  Everyone was here very promptly and took great care to protect all our landscaping prior to tearing off the existing roof.  Each person I spoke with was polite, and well informed.  They took the time from their work to explain what they were doing, what had been found about the previous roof, and answer any questions I might have. 
I had expressed concerns about roofing nails that might be left on the ground since I'm frequently barefoot and we also have a dog running around.  The guys took great care to be sure the area was thoroughly cleaned up both days.  I also mentioned how I disliked the look of all the tar that had been put on the chimney previously.  The person working on that was very meticulous about getting it all off and redoing the chimney so now it looks so much better!  The new seamless gutters really frame the new roof beautifully.  And the gutter guards will keep my husband off that ladder!
Paul's brother, Don was on-site the entire time and was very approachable about any concerns or questions we might have.  The last day, no one seemed to be in a rush to leave even though it was getting late. They took the time to thoroughly clean up and chat with us a bit. 
When the dumpster was picked up, Paul came back and checked the entire area for any left over nails or debris. He warned us that a few nails might fall out of the dumpster when it was moved and he came back with a magnet to make sure they were gone.
We were very impressed with the teamwork among the guys, the conscientious work ethic, and the great  job done.  The price was more than fair and the estimate was exactly what we were charged in the end.
We would hire AM/PM again in a heartbeat and certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters!!"
