He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). "We were very pleased with Ray and his crew when they came and replaced our chimney liner... Ray is extremely knowledgeable and always makes sure that safety is a priority... Our fireplace was causing smoke in certain parts of the house. Ray suggested a liner and told us it was very important to do this work. "Seals well enough to keep out any air from coming down chimney,but because of old one being cut out of metal firebox,some cold air still radiates into fireplace and out into rec room during really cold weather. New damper is spring loaded which makes it difficult for my girlfriend to close. Also they kept cancelling appointments  stating they had emergency calls they had to handle first. Finally came on 4th or 5th appointment. Did show up in scheduled time window, did work in about one hour, and left work area in clean condition. This was the most efficient way to do the repairs because of the way the fireplace was built and to replace everything would have been cost prohibitive plus not feasible because of the stone work on the fireplace which is a hard to find lava rock. Biggest negative was the numerous cancellations."
