"On 4-28-26, Alex Stover came out to drain my water heater. He did not want to turn off the water from the top of the water heater, because he was afraid it might leak if he tampered with it. He went to the main water valve but did not have a meter key. He tried to use a large wrench but to no prevail he could not turn it. Without turning the water off, he drained the water heater from the bottom and left in about 39 minutes (he said was an hour to an hour and a half job), without lighting the pilot. I did not know the pilot was not lit until that night. This was a safety hazard, as it may have cause unburned gas to accumulate, risking a fire or explosion. On 4-28-26, Frank Udave came out to do an AC inspection. He turned on my AC unit and looked at my thermostat. He pointed out a couple of suggestions with my AC unit and left without checking my AC unit after going inside it. An hour after he left, I looked at my thermostat and it showed no readings. He came back."

We learned that our son is sensitive to mold and found that our existing units, which were 15 years old, had mold in the plenum. We will recommend him to all of our neighbors whose a/c units are now reaching the 15 year mark, and we highly recommend him to anyone reading this review."
