"Technician was great, arrived early. Excellent communication, seemed knowledgeable. I had a problem with the pricing. I was quoted $169 for troubleshooting plus a fee for additional repairs, which I was fine with that. For the additional repair, I was charged $149 for a fireplace tuneup(no parts), not knowing the price until I saw the invoice. I don’t know what the going rate for 15 minute troubleshoot/fix, but I do not feel great about it. I paid $345 to this company, and that’s all they will get from me."

"I used Floor It Today after seeing what fantastic work they did on a friend's extensive remodeling. I had my master-bath, walk-in shower re-tiled, roman bath tub replaced, granite counter tops put in master-bath and 2 bathrooms, along with all hardware fixtures. To replace shower trim in 2 extra bathrooms, the walls had to be cut opened, as I was not replacing tiles in those bathrooms. To look at the walls now, one cannot even tell there was a hole. "Charles was referred to me when I had difficulty locating a contractor to install a new gas fireplace in my bedroom. Charles framed out and oversaw the installation of the fireplace.
