From the beginning of the process the steps to be taken to complete the job were clearly explained and the end result was perfect. The chimney that had brick and mortar cracks now looks perfect, a work of art by artist Jeff Arellano. All debris was cleaned up and the area swept left cleaner than before the job. "Gary was  prompt and professional for each appointment.  On the initial appointment, he patiently answered all my questions, provided a good selection of products to choose from, and gave a quote for services.  The day of service, Gary prepped & painted the inside of the fireplace as well as all hardware on the doors.  For the finishing touches, he installed a new burner and fire glass.  When he left the area was clean and ready to be enjoyed.  My boring, outdated gas fireplace is now updated, and looks great!!!  I'd hire Gary again.

"Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
He does service calls on all my rentals from minor repairs to complete remodeling. His judgement is good on what needs fixing or replacing. His rates are very fair plus his quick turn around of the homes gets vacant rentals back on the market quickly. He always treats my calls as important whether they are a small repair like a garbage disposal gone bad or a roof that's leaking and that needs replacing. He is my go-to guy for all service calls."

"Everything went well.  They use drop cloth on floor and kept everything spotless.  It is like taking your car for a service and they find some hidden problems that you are not aware of, but it ends up costing more money than the original estimate.  However, it gave me a peace of mind that I know my fireplace and chimney are safe to use.
