He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). We had a new liner installed in our chimney and after inspecting the exterior chimney, Tony immediately identified damage that had occurred from years of weather and use. Tony provided several repair options with varying prices, however ultimately recommended the most cost effective and common sense solution and not once pushed for the more expensive repair. This is just one example of Tony’s business and work ethic. Tony’s crew showed up on time and performed exactly what was promised.
