I was quoted $169 for troubleshooting plus a fee for additional repairs, which I was fine with that. For the additional repair, I was charged $149 for a fireplace tuneup(no parts), not knowing the price until I saw the invoice. I don’t know what the going rate for 15 minute troubleshoot/fix, but I do not feel great about it. I paid $345 to this company, and that’s all they will get from me."

I had my master-bath, walk-in shower re-tiled, roman bath tub replaced, granite counter tops put in master-bath and 2 bathrooms, along with all hardware fixtures. To replace shower trim in 2 extra bathrooms, the walls had to be cut opened, as I was not replacing tiles in those bathrooms. To look at the walls now, one cannot even tell there was a hole. He has quite the eye for decor. Bassam walked me through every detail before and doing the redo. He was very professional, patient with all my many questions and always addressed my concerns. Afte it was completed and cured, the mortar color was too light and had to have additional acid washes to adjust the tone. He and his crew were very professional and helpful during the project.
