"We had a new pellet stove installed.  I was super impressed with everything from the consultation to the finished product.  Let me just say that I researched getting a pellet stove off and on for over 2 years.  I got ranges in price between $1900.00 and $5500.00. Finally, I went to Angie's list for reviews.  They did not steer me wrong.  I met with the owner Matt for a consultation.  He knew his stuff and was very pleasant to work with. 90 days same as cash and my pellet stove was installed.  I love it.  It is beautiful.  I had just painted my brick hearth white and they didn't even make any marks during installation.  I highly recommend this company.

"Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! "Gus came out to make templates, the pieces were cut at the shop, then the installers brought them out and had them down in 3 or 4 hours.  There were a few modifications made on-site, as well as a custom cut angle that we weren't sure about until the pieces were in place.  The job went exactly how we wanted it to go, and the workmanship was top-notch.  We are pleased with the work, the service, and the costs.  It was an amazing value."

"Tony and his colleague showed up and got straight to work.  The men were careful about tracking any dirt into the house and used shoe covers.  The job took about 30 minutes to complete and Tony was a wealth of information on how to use the wood burning fireplace and gave suggestions on using starter wood .  They inspected the fireplace and advised I needed two tiles to be replaced and gave me an estimate; along with the $150 credit from the Angie's List purchase the estimate was less than the purchase price for one tile from Home Depot.
I was happy with the overall service and would use them again.

"Problems with the chimney tiles were identified during the chimney cleaning.  They estimated the cost of the repairs and returned a few weeks later to fix the problems.  I don't know enough about chimneys to comment on whether they did a good job, but it appears to be fixed and they offered a 2-year warranty on the work performed.  
I was disappointed with the clean-up after the work.  They unhooked a garden hose to get water and did not re-attach it.  There was an attempt to clean the area in front of the fireplace, but it wasn't thorough.  Both minor offenses, but worth noting.
