"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). I am very pleased with this company's professionalism from start to finish. I will be keeping them on file should another issue arise. Thank you Chimney Experts for your assistance!!"

Ray also worked with us throughout the project to make sure we were happy and to make sure we understood what was going on, and why. we learned a lot, and quickly realized how lucky we were to be working with a great team of professionals who are proud of what they build. we've since referred Set in Stone to friends, family and neighbors and will surely use them again."
