He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. Orbits equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people.
