Michael from Skyline did a full assessment and found that the top of my chimney was crumbling, many of the bricks were broken and the mortar was deteriorating almost all the way down the chimney! He took pictures of the top of the chimney to further explain the issues and showed me exactly where the repairs needed to be made. Due to all the broken bricks, the interior clay flue lining was also in disrepair. He and his crew worked professionally to repair all the bricks, patch up mortar holes and install a metal flue liner to prevent further degradation of the clay flue liner.
