He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. The price for service was very reasonable and came with a written, itemized estimate."

"Sean and his team do exemplary work - not just the job but cleanup, final touches etc. Needed to have a bulkhead to my cellar built which involved removing hundreds of pounds of dirt and rock. The team did the removal, rebuilt the stairs, repositioned necessary bricks on the patio etc. They recently began work to repair my chimney and fireplace. After opening the fireplace, it was clear that the fireplace had deteriorated to a dangerous level. Sean provided a solution (liner) which brought the fireplace up to code. He also repointed both the center chimney and furnace chimney, cleaned away all scrapings etc and will do the upstairs fireplace in the fall. Sean and his son are very professional and assiduous about ensuring that things are done correctly whether it's masonry, fencing, or painting. A real class act. Pricing below reflects all work done - bulkhead, chimney, fireplace, fencing etc."

"1st day of install we got rained out, but he returned a couple days later (due to my schedule) and finished the job. They took the time to make sure I knew how to run the new stove. One thing i want to add.. I as all set to buy the best they had on offer. They took the time to explain why a cheaper stove would actualy serve my house better then the more expensive one i had 1st chosen with better effeciency and much easier and cheaper part replacement on pieces that wear out (like the burn basket) All in all a great experence with people that really knew what they were doing!"

Lisa, at Fireside Sweeps was so kind and helpful to have the techs go to the home that very day I called and reviewed the situation. She had a list of suggested issues and the ballpark cost to repair. It was a huge situation as the current chimney needed to be replaced. That knowledge helped me to get the price of the home I purchased reduced so that I could have the needed repairs done when I arrived from Colorado and closed on the property. He was here today and revisited the repairs needed and tonight (Saturday) I received the estimate (via email) to completely remove and repair my chimney and is trying hard to find a date and time he can fit me into the schedule before the snow flies here.
