Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.

He took additional time to explain why it would be important for me to select a licensed contractor to perform my work whether it was with his company or not. David answered all of my questions and never tried to push anything on me. We agreed to allow him to measure my windows to enable him to work-up a quote. I received the quote by e-mail the following day. Over the next week I e-mailed David many times with all kinds of different questions. He responded to every e-mail and at one point I apologized for bothering him with so many e-mails. His response was to tell me to keep sending my questions until I had the information needed to make my decision. David never pushed me to make a decision and never used an aggressive sales tactic. My wife and I decided to purchase the windows from Metal Works & Improvements. David's crew of four installed all of our windows today. The crew arrived at the appointed time, were friendly and worked hard all day. David came by and spent a couple of hours to make certain I was happy with the job progress. The installation was prefect! After completing the job the crew leader conducted a walk-thru with me to ensure everything was too my satisfaction. They had even cleaned and vacuumed! The experience of dealing with David Logue and purchasing from his company, Metal Works & Improvements, Inc. has been a total positive experience from the first meeting to completion of the window installation today. I was so pleased I have decided to purchase vinyl siding and metal roofing from David which I will report on after those jobs are complete.
