"The representatives of this company were extremely professional, polite, and responsive. The estimate was done very quickly and was completely free. During the insulation work. which was started only a day or two after we came to an agreement on the price, the foreman, who had given us the estimate, stopped by to see how the job was going. The electrician, who came later the same day after the first crew had completed the insulation work, was extremely courteous and helpful. He fixed one issue in the house and diagnosed another (ceiling fan needs to be replaced), letting us know what types of ceiling fans would and would not work and other helpful hints. While there was one miscommunication, the problem was quickly addressed. We really appreciated the communication and courteousness of this company, and we will definitely call them again for various work and repairs around the house. It sounds like there is nothing they cannot / will not do! Highly recommended.

"Provider was very responsive when purchase was made, he called that day to schedule work.  However, he then called the day of the appointment to cancel and told me to call him back to reschedule, which I did twice.  When he did come out, he was punctual. He was going to just slide the siding pieces around and tuck them back under the underhangs but I explained that I felt like he had to nail or tack them because I had already done that and the wind blew them out of place.  He then stated "I'll have to make sure I have nails in the truck"????? He did and he did tack the pieces back in place.  So far the tacks seem to be working and so I am satisfied with the work for the price.

"I have used Acadian on other projects and was afraid this repair job would be too small for them but I was happy to hear they were sending Javier (who has worked on my home before and is awesome) to come repair the ceiling. I was worried the entire ceiling would have to come down but he was able to remove just the area around the crack and replace the sheetrock, patched it and repainted the ceiling. It was a 3 day job and I was expecting to pay nearly double what they charged me so I was happy!"

"I called them and they called back the next day. We made a time for them to come out. They inspected the chimney top and bottom and gave me estimates for a lot of different work that my chimney/fireplace needs. I can't afford to do it all at once and I'm not sure I will have it all done but he seems to know what he's talking about. Initially, he seemed a bit pushy on the bids but may have a very talkative style. He was more calm when he came back to do the work and said to call him when I was ready."
