We immediately felt comfortable in hiring Mark and scheduled the work after the holiday. Mark, Ben and Dan arrived promptly and were courteous. They protected the basement storage area from any dust or debris by putting up plastic sheeting and laying down tarp. When they were finished, the area was spotless. The cement patch work on the wall opening was done nicely too. The replacement connections to oil water heater and two oil furnaces looks great as well. It all went well and we were pleased to have hired Chimney Savers and Mark Schaub and his crew. His estimate was fair."

"Tom arrived at 9:57 for a 10:00 appointment.  He was dressed in Assurance Chimney uniform.  He went right to work inspecting both chimneys we have.  He cleaned one and said the other did not need it.  He left the house clean.  While up on the roof inspecting both the inside and out of the chimneys, he noticed some flashing that needed resealing.  We were having a leak in this area.  He quickly and professionally did the job.  I have been using Assurance Chimney since 1991.  No one else has ever cleaned or repaired my chimney.  I highly recommend Assurance Chimney and Tom Lloyd.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"First they did not show up for the first appointment. I had to call and ask if they were coming. Another appointment was made. A third appointment was needed for the cricket . When they installed the cricket, they did not vaccume out the mess. They had a tarp on the ground, but still were disrespectful of my home, walking over the mess and tracking the dirt. I requested information on cleaning the indoor brick. I was told, they had a great product and would bring it out for me to sample. They never came or called me about this product. The never called to ask if the outside brick work was effective after a rain storm. Yes, the re- pointing of the outdoor bricks did not leak, and the work was satisfactory. They need to improve customer service. I will not use them again. <br />"

"Because we did not have a cap on our stucco chimney for a few years from a previous repair, the upper 3 feet of chimney was in very poor condition. The top (where the crown should have been) was deteriorated to a point that large portions of cinderblock surrounding the terra cotta lining was completely gone, in addition to large cracks in the stucco from a previous repair. <br /> We chose Kesto to complete the repair mostly from the recent good review on Angie's List and his quick response. From day 1 of contacting Kesto either via phone or email, he would respond either same day or early the next (extremely unusual from our vast experience with contractors). His crew showed up on site for the repair on the date and time promised (also unusual) The job that was done was phenomenal. The quote was to have the top 3 feet of chimney repaired with the warning that it may not look uniform with the bottom of the chimney. We were willing to live with that. However, we were astonished to find that they had not only repaired the top, but also enclosed the entire chimney from top to bottom in mesh and completely resurfaced it so that it looked completely uniform. The chimney looks nearly brand new now. The stucco applied was cleanly edged to the flashing and siding with absolutely no smearing anywhere--we greatly appreciated the care that they took to make it as neat as possible. They left no debris on the roof nor the lawn and was careful not to damage the roof when removing the remaining cinderblock and lining (the chimney stack is surrounded by roofing on all sides). <br /> I would highly recommend Kesto with any future masonry job. It was a pleasure doing business with them. A+ service in every category. <br />"

"Excellent experience. Tony was personable and knowledgeable and offered a reasonable price for the masonry work. We had multiple estimates so we knew the price was reasonable. Danny, his brother, is an expert in natural stone work and did the job neatly and artistically. He brought an excellent crew who also worked with diligence and pride in their craftsmanship. They cleaned up after each day. In one and a half days Danny reassembled our front stone steps and the crew reset and repointed our stone path along the walkway as well as repointed our stone flower boxes. The outcome was fabulous. I highly recommend this team of workers. It is difficult to find good stone masons these days. Danny knows his craft well and will make your stone work beautiful!"

"The project went very well. The driveway was properly prepared with stone for new asphalt . We were advised by Mike Tomasso to allow the stone to sit for several weeks. The driveway was started in the spring and the ground was still wet and needed to dry out. Mike could have just paved it right then but the asphalt would definitely have failed. We waited several weeks the ground dried and settled. They came back added more stone before paving. Now it’s over a year and the driveway looks perfect. The paver walk came out great as well."
