"Scheduled fireplace insert three times over 6 months. First time canceled due to emergency. Second time canceled same day because did not have the insert (so scheduled work twice without actually having insert)..Today, scheduled for after 2 PM work. No show. No call. No response. If they happen to come, will update review Currently, Flue Tech appears to be just a big joke. Would not trust them to clean my floor, much less fix something that could burn your home down."

They installed a yard drainage system, created a front walkway with pavers and steps, regraded our whole property, added mulch beds, added top soil and seeded with hay for a new lawn. I call them, and was told that they had no record of ever coming to my home. I waited a bit, called them again, and they sent another person to provide an estimate. The estimate was close to the first one. And again, I hear nothing from them afterwards, in spite of 3 phone calls asking for a written estimate and for scheduling the job. Then I gave up and hired another company."
