"Eric and his partner exceeded expectations in dealing with a historic limestone foundation of a 19-century home in dire need of re-pointing. Eric was aware of the exact type of mortar appropriate for the job (I did research and have a background in historic preservation). They removed the old mortar (much was already gone) and expertly and I might add artistically applied the new mortar, using specialized gear to guarantee adequate depth between irregular stone. They even applied the compound to other related concrete cracks. The job went beyond repair; this was a historic preservation job, and it was completed expertly and at reasonable price. Highly recommend."

"The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Igor also came out the day after the repair work was done and water tested the repair to ensure we would no longer have any water leaking into the house at that location."
