"Anton was amazing! We have had several chimney sweeps but none as thorough as Anton did. He was here for two hours and recommended a few service's as we had some cracks in the crown of the fireplace and some moss growing on the brick. This was proven by the pictures he took.( I had also pointed out a small stain on the ceiling next to the fire place). I have already made an appointment to get those repairs done. Anton was very prompt, professional, and not at all pushy regarding extra services. Don't look anywhere else for chimney service as this company has it down pat!"

"Got a recommendation from a friend that owns property and had used Tim for a chimney. Tim came out, gave a bid and when we were ready to start he scheduled us in. Tim also told us straight away that the bricks were no longer manufactured in the same color as the old ones, but gave us samples of the bricks he was going to use and that matched the closest beforehand so we can get an idea. The bricks we had were in colors not made anymore so he had to find something similar and he did a great job. Our brickwork had 4 or 5 different colors from yellow, orange, red, green and black. So mixing these so it would look authentic could have been a challenge. The new bricks were also of slightly different dimensions so he had to change the design a little bit to achieve the same shape of the chimney, but he managed to do that so it still looks like the chimney has always been there.  He also had to use a special scaffolding due to the location of the chimney and the work took longer for him than he initially had thought. We are very very pleased with the craftsmanship and impressed with the result. We will use Tim again in the future if we have more masonry to do."

Jim came out to do the estimate and couldn't have been better to communicate with and work with. When I pointed out the troublesome roof line, he understood right away, and described just what they would do to correct it. It was exactly what I would have done if I had the skill and manpower. Having planned numerous maintenance and remodeling project over the years, and raising my my standards with each, I trust my opinion of how things should be done even if I don't have the resources to do it myself. I trusted Jim's opinion and when the estimate came in well below what I had budgeted I didn't look any further, The roofing job was done in one day and looks beautiful and sound.The crew was friendly and respectful of my property. Clean up was good. I look forward to further projects with Craftsmen Home Improvement involving window and siding repair and replacement."
