They protected the basement storage area from any dust or debris by putting up plastic sheeting and laying down tarp. When they were finished, the area was spotless. The cement patch work on the wall opening was done nicely too. The replacement connections to oil water heater and two oil furnaces looks great as well. It all went well and we were pleased to have hired Chimney Savers and Mark Schaub and his crew. His estimate was fair."

"Total Chimney installed a new stainless steel cap over my three flue chimney. An initial misunderstanding about price was quickly and fairly resolved with the owner. The three crews which came to my house were all very professional, although the lead tech at the first visit did not measure, so the special order cap did not fit and a second one had to be ordered. "Excellent experience. Tony was personable and knowledgeable and offered a reasonable price for the masonry work. We had multiple estimates so we knew the price was reasonable. Danny, his brother, is an expert in natural stone work and did the job neatly and artistically. He brought an excellent crew who also worked with diligence and pride in their craftsmanship. They cleaned up after each day. In one and a half days Danny reassembled our front stone steps and the crew reset and repointed our stone path along the walkway as well as repointed our stone flower boxes. The outcome was fabulous. "Two gentlemen came to fix a hole in our roof. The hole aloud rain water to leak down inside a light in my sons ceiling. Eric kindly came after we called the them to access the damage and help find out the leak and hole that was previously fixed improperly. He gave an honest estimate and explained what needed to be done and how much the repair would cost. Eric returned on the day he agreed to do the repair with Alex. They were both amazing and went above and beyond our expectations to complete the repairs. All done before Christmas to keep my sons room dry for him and our visiting family. "Our rear facade wall on a 4 story building. We’re cracking and window cladding were flaking . We had the rear wall repaired and repainted with thorocoat and wood cladding were scraped, repaired with wood puddy.....sanded and painted with black paints. They have done two coats as promised and took care of our neighbors building. Our neighbors weren’t that friendly but Ekram assured me, he would keep it tidy and not having to keep them being fussy. I’m glad this is done...!"
