Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. "They removed the existing stone and cleaned the stone to reuse. They laid a 18"x18" concrete footer. They then rebuilt the stone wall using the existing stone and some additional new stones. They then gave it an acid wash for the final step. The wall is beautiful and built to last a life time."

"Large crack appeared over the eave of the house, probably due to the natural settling. Had a structural engineer come out and he said it was not a foundation problem. Called one brick repair and it was going to be several days before they could get out and even give me an estimate. Called Ace and they were out that morning, gave me an estimate (which I considered to be a fair price), and had it done by that afternoon. Beautiful job. Can't even tell there has been a repair."

"Mr. Flores and his crew arrived on Friday morning and got right to work excavating the area where footers would go. Footers were installed and masonry courses were placed and secured, for a very attractive and professionally done result. Everything was properly leveled; landscape plants that were disturbed by the work were relocated and replanted properly. Mr. Flores suggested adding some natural stone borders to two additional areas in the front yard; we agreed to this work and were delighted by the result. Prior to his project, our front yard was rather ordinary in appearance, but his project transformed it to one of the most attractive in the neighborhood. To summarize, Mr. Flores and his crew showed up when they said they would, they performed the work in a manner that exceeded our expectations, they made excellent suggestions for additional work to enhance our front yard, and they cleaned up the site when the work was completed. The pricing for his services was also better than our expectations. We will definitely use this firm again and we recommend them to our neighbors without reservation.

"Although there were some delays with subcontractors who did not show up at scheduled times, the work was done well, and the result was both beautiful and functional. This was in spite of the fact that my house also provided some surprises including a thicker foundation slab than was expected as well as pre-existing plumbing and electrical issues. Mr. Hill was always responsive, and I would have no hesitation about recommending this company."
