"Amazing from start to finish! We had a large hole in the exterior wall from an old AC unit. Estimates and scheduling were super easy. The two man crew that did the work were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated through the process. The brick lines they did were top notch. It’s completely seamless with the existing brick work. They cleaned up well and even closed up the back gates when they left. I would hire them again for any work in the future."

"There were a few hiccups that resulted in leaks in the house. A lack of communication we never knew when someone was coming to work on the roof or not and phone calls went unanswered. Jaime was great with communication and he hand delivered needed material but I guess he is gone and that’s a shame because he was a great guy and kept his promises. In the end all of the leaks are gone and they sent in a guy to repair the damaged interior areas and he was fantastic. I know some of the things that happened were beyond their control but 5 weeks to complete the job with the roof leaking was crazy and caused stress. As stated they took care of the damage inside of the house. Thank you Total Home Roofing for all of your hard work it is appreciated."

"George was/is spectacular. Got a confirmation call the day before, and as scheduled, he was promptly knocking on the door at 9:30am. First thing he did was put down a towel at the door's entrance, then proceeded to seal the entire fieplace opening with sheets. I told him this was my first experience with a fireplace, and in this particular home, the previous owner had installed a wood stove in the hearth opening. George inspected the connection between the stove and the flue and reported everything looked to be in perfect shape. He pointed out that with most wood stoves he inspects, 9 out of 10 those connections between are wrong.
He then went outside and climbed on the roof to inspected the cap and clean the chimney. When he returned he told me the cap was in good shape, but the bricks around the chimney needed to be pressured cleaned and sealed with a masonry sealer. He then came inside and patiently explained how my particular wood stove worked and the best ways for me to get the most out of it. In conversation, we discovered we had both worked for the same company in Miami, and chatted for a bit over some Cuban coffee I had made.
Overall, his knowledge, demeanor, and work style helped calm all of my concerns about using the fireplace in the future. I would recommend him wthout ANY reservations. (In fact my next door neighbor will be using him soon).

"We could not be MORE pleased with Zac, owner of Sham Shield Powerwashing LLC. This is the second job he has done for us, first job at this property, which is about to be sold. Zac was originally scheduled to complete the work on 9/26/2017 but when he arrived for the job, he was a bit overwhelmed by the size and scope of the property. (I had emailed him photos but they did convey the size of the property.) He felt the job required two technicians and so he rescheduled for the following day. As he was leaving, I offhandedly mentioned, that our "water pressure is terrible" (we have a well, as do many estate homes in this area), and he said he REALLY appreciated me being honest about that, as low water pressure can double or triple the amount of time it takes him to complete a job. He checked our water pressure and found it inadequate for his equipment. I was very disappointed but I understood his position. I had pre-purchased a voucher from Angie's List for a small portion of the job, knowing that a big job like that house would cost much more. I was sure Angie's List would refund me the voucher amount if the job could not be completed due to water pressure. However, Zac (owner) suggested that if an inexpensive plumbing adjustment could be made to each of the spigots, the water pressure might be improved enough for his equipment to work. I appreciated his willing attitude, as a lot of contractors would have just walked away. The plumbing adjustment was made to each spigot (removal of adapters, requiring drilling in some cases, inexpensive Home Depot parts), and I notified Zac we were ready for him. His second technician was unavailable for the day we had previously agreed upon so he had to cancel and reschedule but he did so very courteously and in a timely manner so that I was always aware of the schedule. (He is a very thoughtful, conscientious person.) Zac and a second technician returned on Monday, October 2, 2017 to tackle the job. I was at physician's appointments all day so I could not be home at ALL. I usually insist on overseeing home repairs but the house is in a guard-gated community and Zac had already proven his trustworthiness to me when he worked at our new home. Zac sent me frequent texts and photos, giving me updates on his progress and any hurdles he encountered. (The driveway is massive, with a couple deep "dips", which held the standing water, making the driveway appear as though it had not been cleaned. Poor Zac had to hand-broom that area out, painstakingly, until it evaporated or was absorbed into the surrounding terrain.) Also, he reported that the “plumbing fix” with the spigots did improve the water pressure but only to a slight degree. The slower water pressure greatly slowed down the team's progress when using both their machines at once, making the job a much longer and more laborious task than he had originally bid. He sent us photos, rating his work "an 8.5/10." The man is too perfectionist. I felt he did a terrific job. He UNDERSELLS. The job was a 10/10! I will not list the price I paid him (above the Angie's List voucher), as he underbid this job and LOST money. I do not want anyone else with a similar size property expecting that price. He deserves more! He had to come out from Melbourne twice to my Seminole County home because of the spigot situation and the job took far longer than it should have due to the poor water pressure from my well. By the time he paid his technician, I doubt there was enough money left over to buy a Publix sub. :( We will absolutely hire Zac again for our new property (if he will have us!) This is a totally honest review. I had never met Zac, heard of his company, knew anyone who knew him, had any friends in common, etc., until Angie's List. I give this company my very highest rating."

"Everything went really smooth I was most impressed bye having to deal with a Insurance claim the way Keller Roofing John and Lisa make sure the insurance company got all the paperwork that they needed on time I would definitely use them again I would definitely refer them to my friends and family."

"Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. (Note: some of the attached photos show before the paint. After paint, it blends with the ceiling and walls much better.)"

"Extremely well. Sergio was early when coming to inspect for an estimate. He was very responsive to email and text (within 24 hours). He and an assistant showed up promptly at the arranged time. They were efficient and cleaned up after they were done. They fixed the hole in the chimney stucco and matched the color of the original stucco so that one cannot tell the repairs from the rest of the house."

"They went up to the roof, they saw some wood damage that was causing the leak. They really did not know at the time. They quoted me a price to replace the chimney. I was not okay with changing the layout of the Chimney, When i told them that i would think about it, and use a different company. He went up to the roof and covered some roof with sealant, which helped. But the actual problem was that the chimney and where the roof connect needed to be replaced, Lots of rotted wood. Home inspection did not catch that. I plan to get it fixed in January. The provider did the best he could and was very professional. I would recommend them. It is a big job and he was as helpful as possible."
