I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. "They removed the existing stone and cleaned the stone to reuse. They laid a 18"x18" concrete footer. They then rebuilt the stone wall using the existing stone and some additional new stones. They then gave it an acid wash for the final step. The wall is beautiful and built to last a life time."

Service was great!  Salesperson at the store was able to locate wood to match existing wood in the house and also helped pick out a carpet that worked to bring the colors all together.  She was able to come the next day to take the official measure.   She was prompt, thorough and very professional.

Called one brick repair and it was going to be several days before they could get out and even give me an estimate.
