"In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

"Karlo Palomo contacted me immediately upon my query through AL. He offered an estimate right away. It was a bit lower than one other I had obtained, although it was considerably higher than the cost of the same repair the last time I had to have it done. He came out later that same day and inspected the site in person, having only seen it via, I suppose, Google Maps or some similar internet program when he gave the initial estimate. He lowered the estimate immediately upon seeing the actual box, as some of the required work he anticipated would not have to be done. He told me the work would be done in five-to-seven days, and he actually completed it the next Saturday morning, arriving after I'd left for work and completing it by the time I returned midday. He did an excellent job on the structure; he neatly stacked the surplus brick, and he approximated the structure he replaced by about 85%, which was all that was possible to do, owing to the availability of the brick used on the original. His design was a bit different but was, in my opinion, more attractive than the structure he replaced. I was satisfied in every way with his promptness, courtesy and professionalism, quality of workmanship, and business-like approach to the job. I highly recommend  him and would definitely call on him again for masonry work. <br />"

"Vance did a great job. He used a wench to raise my brick mailbox, then created a bed of concrete that he set the mailbox back down into. He then added concrete around the base, and then replaced the grass. He made sure the mailbox was level on all sides, checking multiple times."

"Outstanding!! Our 40 year old, 39' brick wall blew down in high winds. Bruce Douglas was extremely patient and concise in explaining what and how the wall would be rebuilt. He met and talked to our insurance adjuster and explained the process needed to do the repairs. He was the only mason we talked to who was willing to clean and use our existing brick so that the rebuilt wall will continue to match our house. We were greatly impressed as the wall went up to see the care used in mixing a strong mortar and use of wire tracks to stabilize the wall. Once finished, the team cleaned up and removed the remaining debris. He and his team could not have been nicer or easier to work with. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and would use them again. If you need a mason, please contact Bruce Douglas. You will be glad you did."

"We have been keeping up with the fine cracks on the stucco of our 38-year-old home, but are thinking of putting it on the market. Asked Mr. Bilodeau to come and give us an estimate to make any further repairs. After walking the perimeter of our home, he determined that we've been keeping up minor repairs pretty successfully and gave us advice on where to add more caulk. Since all was in pretty good shape, it was agreed that no more needed to be done. If we don't proceed with the sale of our home, Mr. Bilodeau will be our number one source for upkeep in the future. "Master Masonry was referred to me by the person who actually damaged the mailbox, thus I was very skeptical.  Comparing this estimate to a couple of others, we decided to go w/him anyways & do not regret it.  (his bid was in the middle, but they were all close in price) <br /> He was prompt in providing the estimate.  Since the brick being replaced is out of production, he was only willing to match newer brick.  Both of the other masons were going to try to reuse the old brick & I just was not very comfortable w/that.  The match is not exact, but it is very good. <br /> Master Masonry's handiwork is great, was timely yet thorough in his work (I worked from home that day & watched the entire process), provided great customer service & insight. <br /> Would use him again & recommend to others w/out reservation or equivocation. <br />"
