Egress Window Installers in Eden prairie, MN

"Ivan installed new vinyl siding and three new windows in our home. When the old fiberboard siding was removed, lots of wood rot and poor insulation were uncovered due to poor workmanship done by the original builder. Ivan fixed all the problems and we are so very happy with the result. Our house looks great and our furnace runs way less since the drafts are gone. Ivan and his crew perform high-quality work; they are honest, friendly and their communication was excellent. We highly recommend Art Quality Renovations and will hire them for all of our house projects going forward."

"Arrived on time, installed the digital door lock, tested it, then cleaned up after himself. He was quick and efficient even having to rework the hole in the door (it was smaller than the new lock). I would highly recommend him. Good value for cost of the work."

"Got the job done in about 2-3 hours, great personality, easy to work with, did a good job, will definitely use him again for other small projects in the future. Price was right. Dave"

About us: "If you are not feeling the love then you are not experiencing the Higgins way. It is our aim to be sensitive to how every aspect of a remodel project effects your life. We ask these questions of every project we are undertaking: • Is this project aligned with the homeowners long-term goals as it relates to real estate values, family size etc? • Is this project economically feasible? • How do we do this in a way that minimizes impact on the homeowners daily routine? • Is it feasible for us to meet all of the homeowners expectation at this price point? • Are we dealing with issues as they arise so the homeowner knows what we know? • When the project is completely done does the homeowner feel totally taken care of?"

"I recommend working with Mad City WIndows!"
