Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"My wife and I hired Jason approximately two years ago to repoint our chimney and replace some bricks that he assessed as problematic before adding a screen porch onto our house (the chimney runs through the porch). This is not an inexpensive job. We also brought Jason back to add new lead flashing to the chimney when the porch was being built. After the screen porch was added, we noticed several leaks in the porch roof coming from the chimney area. We originally thought the leaks were due to a step-flashing issue. The contractor who built the porch was extremely responsive and assessed the roof and step-flashing and was unable to determine a leak due to a roofing issue. As the screen porch made it easier to access the upper part of the chimney, I went up on the roof and it was evident that Jason missed repointing several joints and despite sealing the chimney we had moss growing out of many joints. We subsequently noticed the roof on the older part of our house was failing and we ended up doing an entire roof replacement. Before the new roof, we had Jason come back out to fix some of the joints he missed. He was extremely difficult to get in touch with. We had to get in touch with him through the contractor who built the screen porch. He promised to come back and seal those joints which he never did. After the new roof, new ice and water, and new step-flashing around the chimney, we still had the leaks. The new roofer ran several hose tests and determined we had a problem with the chimney. After reinspecting, it was obvious that many joints still lacked sufficient mortar repair. We have kept Jason informed throughout the process, but he never returns our e-mails and is completely unresponsive. I spent hours on the roof myself sealing joints, adding mortar, and then resealing the entire chimney. The chimney has not leaked again since my work. Here are Jason’s own written words that he has not honored, “Yes I garuntee (sic) all my work with a ten year warranty. And again the estimate is as if I were approaching my own home so the idea is you don’t need to worry about your chimney again other than cleaning the flues.” In short, we trusted Jason with an expensive job and when we had an issue, he was entirely unresponsive. We even gave Jason an opportunity to respond to this review before posting. He did not respond. We are giving Jason three stars to be fair as we believe he did a relatively good job on the lower portion of our chimney. Moreover, our situation seemed to be a difficult situation to assess. However, our experience is that Jason will not respond if you have an issue, and the upper portion of our chimney was poorly done. Additionally, as the expert, it was Jason’s job to properly assess our chimney. We should not have had to do any of the work ourselves (or paid for additional materials), and Jason should have given the same level of detail to the upper third of our chimney as the lower third. It is worth noting that Jason was very good at communicating when he was bidding the job and throughout the job. If you hire Jason and have a problem with his work, you should likely not expect a response or remedy from him."

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"Great! The owner, DF Richard, came out personally before our first filling to introduce himself and explain everything. Shortly afterwards, we had a wicked bad storm and lost power for 2 days, so we really needed the propane. They even topped off my tanks during the power outage, not because I called, but because the driver was in our area and wanted to be sure that we had enough fuel to keep our generator running until power was restored. Awesome customer service!!"

"They came over soon after called and repaired our fireplace. The price was less than quoted. We have also had prior repairs and cleanings done, all of which was done well. I would recommend them and use them again.

"I've owned a home in Massachusetts for over 20 years, and I can say with confidence that this is the best contractor experience I have ever had regrading having work done on my house. Robert Milliard Roofing did a fantastic job. They met and/or exceeded all my expectations. The work was done on-time, to-estimate (which was very competitive), and the craftsmanship is excellent. Robert and his crew are very professional, courteous, and take pride in their work. I was especially impressed by how cleanly they keep the job site at the end of each day. When the work was done, Robert's crew completely removed all trash, nails, and debris left from my old roof. They even volunteered to removed some "extra" junk that was left behind by another contractor. During the job, one of our garden ornaments was damaged by a shingle falling from the roof. I had expected some "collateral damage" given how big a job the was so I was not upset. But, when my wife pointed this out to one of the workers, Robert went out of his way to find and purchase an exact replacement. Robert also when the "extra mile" to re-shingle my tool shed and woodshed because, in his works, "it looks better."
If I should ever need additional work done on my roof, there is no other contractor I would call. I highly recommend Robert Milliard Roofing.

"HERE ARE THINGS I REMEMBER FROM THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE: 1. BOB TALBOT CAME TO MY HOME AND WAS VERY DIRECT AND HONEST ABOUT MY ROOFING OPTIONS. HE PREPARED A QUOTE ON THE SPOT. BTW, HE WIPED HIS FEET WHEN HE CAME IN THE DOOR AND I NOTICED AFTER HE LEFT HE EVEN PUT THE TOILET SEAT DOWN. 2. THEIR PROJECT MANAGER, TIM, IS GREAT. HE CALLED ME OFTEN TO UPDATE ME ON WHAT WOULD HAPPEN WHEN. 3. THE 8-PERSON CREW WAS TERRIFIC. THEY DID A SUPERB JOB, AND SANG, JOKED OR WHISTLED ALL DAY. I'VE NOTICED OTHER CREWS THAT ARE IN BAD MOODS ALL DAY. 4. SUPERIOR HAND NAILS THEIR SHINGLES. THIS MEANS THE CREW KNOWS WHEN A NAIL GOES IN AN EMPTY SLOT OR INTO WOOD. WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? BECAUSE NAILS IN THE WRONG PLACE WILL POP UP OUT OF THE ROOF OVER TIME, RAISING UP THE SHINGLE. 5. I COULD NOT FIND ONE NAIL IN MY YARD AFTER THEY LEFT. 6. THEY DON'T USE SUBCONTRACTORS. 7. THEY SENT OUT TWO DIFFERENT INSPECTORS ON TWO DIFFERENT DAYS TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB. AMAZING!"

"Went very well. Crew was here at 7 in AM and did not leave uintil 6 PM. Took 2 days to do job. Very professional, respected my property. Cleaned up job site completely. Dumpster was picked up next working day, as well as unused materials. Love this roof. What I liked was that payment was not due until job was completed, except for a small deposit to purchase the roofing material."
