"We contacted Roland Perez re a problem we were having with our gas log fireplace not working. Mr. Perez spent 30 minutes on the phone and walked us thru the problem and we were able to resolve issue without him coming to house or charging a service call! This was a situation where a repairman could have easily turned this into a service call and charged us. Bunch of money. He did not which speaks well of his character."

"Chris came by the same day I called, looked at the damage, then we talked business! He helped me understand some insurance “language” and gave me the best quote out of the 3 I got. In just 2 days his crew came and they worked their butts off. Chris came by to inspect it and to receive payment. He even offered to call the landlord to discuss the dangers that this tree presents because it continues to drop large branches! I am 100% satisfied with Heartland."

"I had to repair 3 sections of my roof that developed some "sagging" over time. Come to find out this is what happens to a roof when the original roofers, ten years ago, drove nails through the shingles to secure toe boards. The water that seeps through to the wood eventually does some serious damage to it. The Soukup guys were ALL very polite and extremely professional, from the guy that answered my call, to the guy that gave me the estimate, to Tony the actual roofer that came to do the repair. The roofers did show up 1 hour late, and did not mention why or call ahead of time to let me know. It's not a huge deal though because the overall experience more than made up for that. They worked really hard all day, and had everything patched up looking great and cleaned up by the late afternoon. I could not be more pleased. From the initial phone call requesting an estimate, to the actual repair, it all took just over 1 week."
