"The quality of the work appears to be fine though how can one tell with a chimney. The price was competitive. The service provider presented a list of $400 of repairs that were required for the fireplace which is rarely used since it sucks all the heat out of the house. Attitude to customer (my husband was home) changed dramatically when it became clear that we would not use their services that day and that we would discuss it at a later date.  Proclaimed we'd have to pay for another housecall and services if we didn't use them immediately etc etc.  Left a dissatisfied feeling of pushiness then dismissal when rejected.
