"Everything went well. The mortar color matched good for a 30+ year old house. The crew arrived and were very professional and quick to do the job."

"I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months. Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing. Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have. They work well together, fast and efficient.
Joe takes great pride in his work. Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right. Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.
I would use Brick Solutions again and again, and I would have no problem referring them to anyone else.

"Ed called me the next morning (~10 hours after my email) and told me he was in the area and could stop by and take a look. I was on my way to work but described the issue and told him to feel free and take a look. He called me back about an hour later and discussed what he thought the issues were. He explained he didn't think it was a leaky skylight, but more of a water issue from the gutter downspouts. He suggested a simple and cheap fix that he thought would solve the issue. He said if that didn't work there were more invasive options we could move forward with but suggested trying the simple fix first (which I greatly appreciated). He suggested we just get a handy man to do the fix - they do larger repairs.
He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the honesty and the suggested simple fix. We live in a fairly large house and I am always skeptical to have contractors come over because very often, they see the size of our house and see dollar signs. This was not the case with Ed. I will definitely call him when it is time to replace our roof or we have any other leaks.
Thanks Ed!

"The guys that came to my house were Jerry and Ricky. They were really easy-going, covered their shoes before they came into my house and were really nice to dogs that were barking like crazy. They were really kind to my little boy that seemed to talk them to death.
After the repair, they came back out two times to make sure that everything was still working fine, at no charge.
I would definitely use them again.

"It was great. The repair was good, the flooring looks good, the price was reasonable. All debris was taken away and the (previously repaired) toilet was set back in place with a new seal."

"METAL WORKS & IMPROVEMENTS INC only works with metal roofs and I think I'm going to go with shingle. Their responsiveness and professionalism were excellent. "

"Well, until they left. Randy was to return to 1) replace a cast iron shower pan that cracked during installation 3) fix the buckled vinyl flooring his crew put in one bathroom and the pantry and 3) mount a chimney cap. Never did. But the worst is that Randy took a 200 year old slab of old-growth pine (approximately 30" wide by 42" long by 2.5" thick) salvaged from my great-great-grandparents' home and promise me a coffee table. TWO YEARS LATER I CAN'T EVEN GET THE SLAB BACK."

"I met with an experienced estimator, and he certainly knew his stuff! The quote was accurate....they did a little repair work on a few spots to the underlaying wood and though it was more than the other estimate, I was impressed with the estimator's obvious expertise. The job was booked in short period, and the promised number of workers and on site supervisor appeared and worked quickly to complete the job in two days. My concern for my bushes and plants was considered with care, and the area was protected throughout the job. They kept the job site immaculate, worked steadily even when the supervisor left for brief periods, and didn't even play music, let alone make unnecessary noise. No money was requested until I said I was satisfied with the job. It was a great experience with a very professional group....salesman through the workers who installed the roof!"

"It went great and they did a fantastic job. For the fireplace wouldn't burn so they clean the glass and clean the whole inside of the fireplace."
