Egress Window Installers in Eugene, OR

"Yes, we had 2 rental houses completely remodeled in Eugene in preparation to sell. Iron wood had also done miscellaneous work on other rentals and built a storage shed on our personal home property and installed a lovely gazebo."

"Paul replaced all of the interior doors in our home. He does quality work and is a pleasure to have in our home."

"Great service and very professional installation. Great Installers. Took time to go over every aspect of the installation."

"Seth worked within my budget. He was friendly, and professional. He did a great Job!"

"Great service and pricing with timely response."

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

"They were fast to respond, great and easy to work with and on time and got the job done right away. Will definitely be using them again on other projects."

"From my experience with Jacob Chapman Construction, I would give them an excellent rating. They were prompt, clear in their communication and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them."

"You'd better grab them before they're busy on another job. It's not easy to find quality people to hire. I'm not sure I have enough adjectives to describe Adam and assistant. Cheerful, friendly, efficient. Maybe the best thing is integrity. You can just tell. 😊 Did a great job on patio furniture assembly, made sure it was it was comfortable for me and that I was satisfied with the result. And the amount charged was so reasonable. Grateful to have found Elite Enclosures. Can't wait to call Adam again - have several projects around my property and am relieved that I have a reputable company to contact. Not to mention the extra customer service: my people-loving, nosy terrier was being a drama queen...he wanted to be out there - and the guys said no problem. That was certainly above and beyond my expectations! Thanks again, Adam!"
