"I would recommend hiring Joe to anyone looking to purchase real estate property. Joe is a knowledgeable professional with an extensive resume. My husband hired another inspector to inspect our home prior to purchasing the property. He came to our home on two occasions but failed to identify serious problems with our home, screened in porch, and upstairs deck.
