"Randy was very professional and his inspection and report along with the photos and videos were excellent. He found and confirmed several concerns that I had with the new home I am purchasing. One item was a code violation that when I did the final walkthrough the co tractor said I have installed the attic access to that size in many homeâ s around here and never have the county inspector made me change it to receive the Occupancy permit.
