"Highly recommend Josh! He was able to schedule our inspection within the same week we reached out. His inspection was very thorough (took a bit over 2 hours) and answered a lot of questions throughout the whole process, which was great as we are first time home buyers."

"Had them come and do a pre purchase home inspection on a home built in 1900. Lots of intricacies when looking at a home of this age that has been updated a time or two. Richard knew what to look for and was quite knowledgeable about older construction, as well as the newer parts of the home. The report was well written and very specific about the irregularities that were uncovered. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explains every system of the home as it s being inspected so you walk away truly knowing your home."

"We had a very good experience with Eric from Horning Home Inspections, LLC. He was very easy to schedule, offered a deal, and was very thorough in his inspection. We could not be happier with the inspection he did and the extra time he took to explain everything to us. We felt like he had a really good understanding of everything and shared it all with us. We asked a lot of questions and he gave us answers to everything. I would recommended Horning Home Inspections to anyone needing a home inspection!"

"If I could give more then 5 stars I would . After hiring halo before buying a older home I am shocked at the amount of repairs found and how much time and detail was in the report . We ended up doing a mutual release because of all the things not disclosed in the listing . The report was so good they sellers asked if they could use it for future buyers . After they make repairs of course . Thank you halo for saving us from a big headache ."

"Excellent home inspection experience. The inspector was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms. The report was detailed, organized, and delivered promptly. Their attention to detail gave me confidence in my home purchase. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable and professional home inspector."

"Pam Lee is awesome!  She is easy to get a hold of, did a wonderful job inspecting our new home, and delivered detailed notes.  She's also quick to answer any follow up questions after the inspection is done.  My husband and I really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her!"

"Throughout the entire inspection I was impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. Also I enjoyed the inspector sharing with me information during the inspection teaching me what to look for and letting me know life expectancy of things such as the roof hvac system and other. I truly enjoyed this experience"
