"I had a home inspection for a house that was approximately 2300 sqft (they charge based on square footage), a radon test, a termite damage test, and a sewer cam inspection. I requested a quote from several home inspection websites in Indianapolis, and Security Home Inspections sent me an email within that same day. Patty Thornberry was emailing back and worth with me after business hours, in the late evening, to get all the information she needed to get me set up as soon as possible for the inspection. The home inspector showed up on time and was courteous and professional throughout the inspection. He made note of anything that he thought was off and took pictures which he later included in the home inspection report. This was incredibly helpful when passing the inspection report onto the seller of the home. The home inspector also walked me through what he was doing and answered all my questions (I am a first time home buyer so I definitely needed to be walked through a few things). The sewer cam operator came about half an hour after the inspection started and was very quick and friendly. I received my inspection report the day after the inspection. I then emailed Patty Thornberry and asked if there was anyway that I could add the termite inspection because the home inspection turned up several spots of wood rot on the trim and wood siding of the house. She replied that she would give me the rate for the termite inspection as if I had requested it along with the other services. It turns out that the home inspector had already taken the termite data the first time he was at the house and the day after I asked for this, I received another copy of the inspection report that had radon test results, termite inspection data, and the sewer cam results.
