"We hired Arthur for the inspection on a two-family brick home in Queens, and I am glad we did. He showed up on time, walked the whole property methodically, and did not rush through anything. The report was detailed, professionally written with photos and clear explanations of what each issue actually meant, along with helpful guidance. He was upfront that a couple of things (moisture around one foundation wall, some wear on the boiler) warranted a specialist opinion, rather than trying to guess or downplay it. He also took the time to actually walk us through the findings afterward instead of just emailing the report and disappearing. As first-time buyers, that mattered a lot. He explained things in plain language and never made us feel rushed or like we could not ask further questions. Highly recommend if you want someone who is genuinely thorough and communicates clearly, not just someone checking boxes."

"Keith was very polite in our first communication to set up the inspection appointment. When I had to call and ask a question he called right back, very accessible and reachable. He was very punctual and prompt the day of inspection. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on what to look for during the inspection. He made me feel comfortable to proceed with my home purchase. I will recommend him to anyone I know in need of an inspector!! Call him you won't be disappointed! Thank you Keith~"

"I am a first time home buyer and this is a crucial part of buying a home. I had to find my own inspector so I googled all the locals and their reviews and wasnâ t impressed. If you want someone thorough and humble Rich is your man. I got a quick response and an inspection set up within days. He spent 2.5 hours inspecting my home and told me everything he found wrong. He searches high and low for any little thing that is or might eventually become a problem. I highly recommend this man for your home as well. Donâ t just hire anyone do your research like I did. Buying a home isnâ t cheap and you want to make sure itâ s safe for your family. Best of luck to all. Thank you again Rich."

"Bob was very thorough during the home inspection. As a first time home buyer he did an excellent job explaining his process and what he was looking for. He gave helpful tips regarding maintenance and management of a home. While I did not utilize this service, he does provide information sessions for first time home buyers and gives a step-by-step process in what to look for and expect when buying a home. I had post-inspection follow-up questions and his response was timely and very helpful."

"Couldn't have asked for better. Definitely lived up to the name and puts families first. Very caring , knowledgeable and helpful. Went through everything with me issue or not, and helped me understand what are the most important things I should be looking into fixing. Most importantly made me feel secure about my investment. I'm very grateful he reached out to help. Highly recommend."

"We hired Lou to do our home inspection and we could not have asked for a better inspector! Lou was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any and all questions and even encourged us to ask questions and even allowed us to follow him around during the inspection. His prices were fair. We can not wait to work with him again, now knowing he is a general contractor as well. We would highly recommend using Welcome Home Inspections, LLC"

"Jameson at Home Inspection Pros was wonderful to work with. He was very informative and encouraged us to take our own notes while we shadowed his inspection. He pointed out anything he found during his inspection and informed us of the possible implications and repairs. He also was able to provide us with a septic inspection when we asked for it and set us up with a home improvement binder to keep track of any repairs we have already made or plan to make in the future. I cannot recommend Home inspection Pros enough. They were approachable, informative, thorough, and got our inspection report to us next day."
