"This will be my first time buying a home. Tim and Don made it very easy for me to understand the problems the house has and things that need attention. He further helped me by getting me in contact with a roofing contractor. And very reasonably priced. He has made my home buying experience a knowledgeable one. If I were to decide against this house, they'll be the ones I call to inspect the next home. Thank you guys for all your great help!"

"I was given a couple recommendations on inspectors by my realtor. I called both and one hung up on me and didn't answer when I called back, and the other didn't answer at all. I knew I didn't want to trust my inspection to a company that can't even answer the phone, so I started researching online, which is when I stumbled upon this website and saw the previous reviews for Peak. I called and they answered right away...I spoke with one of the two inspectors, Carl. As a first time home-buyer I had a ton of questions that probably seemed pretty stupid, but Carl never made me feel that way. He broke everything down in layman's terms and told me what to expect and how everything would go. He gave me a little on his background and why he started inspecting homes, and just exuded professionalism (which I was very worried about considering my first encounter just trying to get folks to answer their phones). He was able to do the home and pool inspection and even gave a military discount! My husband and realtor met him for the actual inspection and my husband said he was very thorough and explained things very well. My realtor was also impressed and hired him to do another job. When we got the report there were no surprises and it diligently outlined everything he had mentioned with photos and terminology we could understand. If you want a company that values their customers and are true professionals, this is the one!"

"Very thorough and explained any questions we had regarding any aspect of the inspection. The report was very clear. They made it easier on what issues should be addressed by the sellers. I plan to use them again."

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Tucson, AZ

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
