I highly recommend both to anyone in need of a home inspection. P.S. On a more personal note, Lance was very kind to assist me (and my rickety knees) in getting down some rickety steps. Also, as I had to leave before the inspection was over, Lance locked up the home and also closed the gate to the property, which must have been a royal pain because it, too, is rickety AND heavy."

"I can not express how appreciative I am for InSight Home Inspections. First off I am big on reading reviews for services I need. I live in an area where most of the reviews were either outdated, non-existent, or down right bad. I reached out to Dan and was told he didn't service my area. I explained my situation and he said he'd try to work me in before the 11-month warranty for our new home. Dan did charge me an extra fee for driving out of his area and I did not mind paying that fee plus more. His amazing reviews definitely was worth it.
