"<p>When I first called to schedule the appointment I told Mr. Brand that I would make it easy on him, he wouldn't need to do a full inspection, I just need him to check for the big ticket items.  He explained that he would rather earn his pay, and convinced me to let him do a full inspection.  He arrived early, and went right to work checking the exterior or the property.  He was friendly, professional, and went beyond what could reasonably be expected. The property had a big dog in the back yard that was barking at us.  I told Mr. Brand that he didn't need to check behind the house, the dog looked mean.  Mr. Brand expressed that he really wanted to get back there because it was the only access to under he house.  He took his chances and found that the dog was friendly but appeared to be neglected.  He went back to his truck, got 3 bottles of water and found a bowl to give it water.  When the inspection was done he showed me all of the pictures that he took and explained each one of what the problems were.  He answered all of my questions, particularly ones that I asked of other home inspectors but couldn't get a straight answer (specifically, what it would take to fix some of the problems).  </p> I have used other home inspectors, Mr. Brand is by far the best. <br />"
